Where you use the Trevo platform, personal information is processed in accordance with the agreement between Dijiti and your organisation. In that context your organisation is the responsible party for the data, and Dijiti acts as an operator on its behalf.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When it is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Our infrastructure is primarily hosted in South Africa. Where personal information is transferred outside South Africa, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a level of protection consistent with POPIA.
